PETALING JAYA: The Badminton World Federation (BWF) have finally updated the world ranking of players on their website in a more systematic way.
Over the last few months, the world body had provided the rankings manually and they came under fire for lack of information.
Now, players can find out more details on where they stand in the rankings. All their past records and achievements are also available.
The Super Series rankings are also out for the first time after the completion of eight of a 12-stop Tour.
Three weeks ago, Malaysia’s veteran Wong Choong Hann highlighted the players’ difficulties to chart their plans because of the BWF’s inefficiency in the management of the ranking system.
