Misbun to know fate on April 28

KUALA LUMPUR: Coach Misbun Sidek’s fate in the national team will be known on April 28.
Badminton Association of Malaysia (BAM) secretary Ng Chin Chai said yesterday that Misbun’s role in the team would be discussed during their exco meeting on April 28.
Misbun tendered his resignation on Dec 31 but retracted it last week.
However, his return hit a snag when world No. 1 Lee Chong Wei stated that he was comfortable with the current set-up.
During Misbun’s three-month absence, Chong Wei has been coached by Teh Seu Bock and Rashid Sidek.
